Return policy

- Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of purchase, according to the information on the invoice.

- Products must be new, original, unused, have no strange smell, not moldy , and have full labels and original packaging.

- Products must be accompanied by original invoice.

- Products are mass-produced, not tailored to customer size or requirements.

- The product has not been altered or modified in any way.

- The product is not sold at a reduced price due to a manufacturer defect.

- Product purchased from Root Rotation store in Vietnam.Product purchased from Root Rotation store in Vietnam.

- The product is not lingerie, underwear, socks, swimwear or other items identified as non-returnable.

- The product must be intact, without stains, scratches, tears or any signs that it has been washed, used or repaired.

- Products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 6 months from the date of invoice.

- To be eligible for an exchange or return due to a manufacturer defect, the following conditions must be met:

+ Original invoice required.

+ Products must be intact with full labels attached.

+ The defect must be obvious and not caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear.

- Root Rotation reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the defect is due to a manufacturing defect.

+ In case the product has a manufacturer defect, you can:

+ Exchange product for the same type (if available).

+ Exchange the product for another product of equal or higher value (Customer please pay the price difference if any).

+ Get back the full amount paid for the product.

- Packaging costs and other costs other than the product price will not be refunded.

- Products without manufacturing defects will not be refunded .

- The money will be refunded to the card/account you used to pay within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned item.

- Our customer service department will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

- You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product, unless the product has a manufacturer defect.

- After receiving the product and checking that it is qualified, we will proceed to exchange it for you.

- Exchanges will be made while the product is in stock.

- If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, you can choose another product of equal or higher value (you need to pay the difference) or receive a refund.

- For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

- Gift cards are not eligible for exchange or return.

- Products printed, embroidered or engraved according to customer's request (e.g. printed handbags, printed T-shirts) will not be returned.

Root Rotation Vietnam reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns and may adjust this policy at any time without prior notice.
