View order status
Track order status
To track your order status, you can do it in 2 ways:
1. Via email: After successfully placing an order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you registered. In this email, you will find the tracking number and a direct link to the shipping unit's tracking page. Just enter the tracking number in the search box, you can easily track the order's journey.
2. Access your account: Log in to your account on our website, go to "My Account". Here you can view details of your order, including current status and transaction history.
Tracking Number Online?
You can look up your Tracking number in the following ways:
1. Email: After successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping code.
2. Account: Log in to your account on the website, select "My Account" to check the waybill code.
If there is work, can it be reassigned?
In case the customer cannot be contacted, the order will be delivered continuously up to 3 times within 3 days.
If the parcel is still not delivered successfully, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a full refund (for card payment methods).
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We always want to bring convenience to you during the shopping process. You can change the delivery address after placing the order, but this depends on the processing status of the order. Please follow the steps below:
- Fill out the form: Access the request form and provide your order details and new shipping address.
- Get "Ticket number": After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic email with a "ticket number". Use this number to track the progress of your request.
- Waiting for confirmation: Our customer support team will check the status of your order and contact you to confirm if the address change is possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will assist you in updating the new address.

What should I do if my order is lost?
If you believe your order is lost, please follow these steps for assistance:
- Fill out the form: Access the request form and provide details about your lost order.
- Get "Ticket number": After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic email with a "ticket number" code. Please keep this code to track the progress of your request.
- Pending: Our customer support team will review and process your request as soon as possible. We will contact you with updates on the order status and possible solutions.
