Return process
Do I need a specific reason to return a product?
We understand that there may be various reasons why you want to exchange or return a product. To make the return process faster and smoother, we would appreciate it if you could provide a specific reason. This helps us improve our service and product quality, bringing you a better experience.
However, you can absolutely return the product without providing a specific reason, as long as the product fully meets the conditions in our return policy. You can refer to the detailed Return Policy here: Return Policy
To start the refund process, please fill out the form and we will process your request as soon as possible.
What is the time limit for returning a product?
You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return the product. If the product you receive is not as ordered, we will support the return or refund without any additional charges. Contact customer service for support.
Do I have to pay a fee for returning an item?
We are committed to providing you with the best quality products and services. If the product you received has the following problems, please contact us:
- Product is defective due to manufacturer.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product is not the correct size, color or style as ordered. We will support you to exchange or refund without charging any additional fees.
Note: To ensure a smooth return process, please retain all purchase receipts and return items in their original condition.
Can I return the product in-store, or only via shipping?
Returns cannot be made directly in-store. Returns for online purchases are usually made through the carrier to ensure a consistent process and easy tracking.
