In what cases can I return the item?
To ensure customer benefits, we have the following return policy:

How to return a product?
If you would like to return the product, please fill in the return form and provide your order number and reason for return/exchange. Once confirmed, we will guide you on how to return the product.
Note: Products must meet the conditions for exchange/return according to regulations.

How long does the return/exchange process take?
Typically, our return/exchange processing times are as follows:
- Exchange: About 5-7 working days from when we receive your returned product.
- Returns: Approximately 3-5 business days from the date you complete the return request.
Note:
- The above time does not include shipping time: The time it takes to ship the product from you to us and vice versa will depend on the shipping unit you choose.
- Special cases: During holidays or when there are large orders, processing time may be a little longer.
